A detailed HCG diet meal plan for 2017
|Coffee or Tea without sugar, any amount (artificial sweeteners allowed)|
|Milk (one teaspoon per day)|
Lunch and Dinner
Now these two meals are vitally important and should not be skipped. You can have anything on the list separate or together. A. 100 grams per serving of:
|Chicken Breast||Any white fish (fresh)|
De-skin and de-bone the chicken breast and all fat should be remove from the other meats. All meats and fish should be broiled or grilled for best results.

B. One serving of one of these veggies:
|Veggies 1||Veggies 2||Veggies 3|
|Green salad||Red radishes|
C. One (1) pastry (bread-stick) or toast
Use the bread of your choice just make sure it is wholesome.
D. One (1) of the below fruits:
|A few strawberries|
Remember these foods are eaten twice daily as this is a Lunch and Dinner plan, so you can easily map out what you are going to use and the portions. Here is a good set of portion bowls (plastic) or ceramic you can use. Doing it this way allows for proper planning of your daily meals.
Now you may be wondering about the drinks to use but that’s no problem as the drinks listed below can be used all day.

As is customary about eight 8oz glasses of water per day is recommended
Seasonings & Herbs
As we still have our taste buds any HCG meal plan wouldn’t be complete without seasonings salts and some herbs. Spice up your food with these:
1. Don’t exceed 500 calories a day
2. Surprise yourself with an egg once in a while (it’s okay)
Egg should be boiled, raw or poached. If meat is not your thing use 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites instead.
3.Use cottage cheese made from skimmed milk (100 grams) occassionally if desired.

What you put on your skin can also affect your health so here are a few things to take into consideration while on the dieting plan.
a. Use cosmetics such as lipsticks, lotions and powders which are free of fatty substances.
b. Nothing other than lipsticks, eyebrow pencils and/or powder should be used.
c. Forget suntan lotions or oils.
d. Massages are out for now.
e. Birth control pills, etc; and medications as perscribed including aspirin are ok.
