There is no scientific evidence that HCG is effective in the treatment of obesity. The meta-analysis found insufficient evidence supporting the claims that HCG is effective in altering fat-distribution, hunger reduction or in inducing a feeling of well-being. The authors stated “…the use of HCG should be regarded as an inappropriate therapy for weight reduction…” In the authors opinion, “Pharmacists and physicians should be alert on the use of HCG for Simeons therapy. The results of this meta-analysis support a firm standpoint against this improper indication. Restraints on physicians practicing this therapy can be based on our findings.”

However many people swear by it and it is really left to the individual to determine if they

Alternative Diet Plan For Weight Loss

Part of a diet plan for weight loss should be strength training. Strength training will help burn more calories during exercise, as well as build muscle cells. Having a higher proportion of muscle cells in your body will increase your metabolism, as muscle cells burn more calories at rest than do fat cells.

Follow the HCG diet plan. This diet is typically followed by people who want to remove excess fat fast in the safest way.

When you are trying to lose weight, make sure you are getting enough sleep. Getting at least eight hours of sleep a night will give you more energy during the day for exercise, while decreasing your need for additional calories for that energy. Also, failing to get enough sleep will decrease your metabolism.

Make sure to form good habits in your new weight loss regimen and stick to them. Implementing positive, reasonable changes is a more effective means of following through with your diet plan. Find a great new place to pickup fresh food, and do that instead of visiting your favorite sweet-treat place. It is much easier to begin new habits than break old habits.

If you are desperately in need of losing extra weight, make sure you keep in mind that there is no easy way to lose weight. There are no magical pills or special machines that are going to make you lose a hundred pounds in a month. Weight loss is a gradual process.
